Terms of Service

These terms describe the practical rules for using Health Bridge for AI: a read-only Apple Health companion that sends selected data to a receiver chosen and controlled by the user.

Last updated: July 4, 2026 Read-only HealthKit User-owned receiver No medical advice

Short version: Use Health Bridge for AI only with data and receivers you control. The app is a bridge, not a medical device, diagnosis service, treatment service, emergency tool, hosted health account, or backup service.

1. Acceptance

By using Health Bridge for AI or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Relationship to Apple terms

If you download Health Bridge for AI from the Apple App Store or TestFlight, Apple's applicable App Store, TestFlight, and standard licensed application terms may also apply. These terms explain the Health Bridge for AI service model and user responsibilities; they do not override any mandatory Apple terms.

3. Purpose of the app

Health Bridge for AI is intended to help users make permitted Apple Health data available to their own local, private, or self-managed tools. The app's job is intentionally narrow: request permission, read permitted records, prepare sync batches, and send them to the receiver configured by the user.

Health Bridge for AI does not provide a developer-operated health data account by default, does not run advertising, and does not sell personal data.

4. User-owned receivers

You are responsible for the receiver URL, token, database, local server, cloud service, or agent workflow you choose to connect. You should only connect receivers you own, control, or are authorized to use.

Data sent to a receiver may be stored or processed by that receiver according to its configuration. Health Bridge for AI cannot delete or secure data after it has been delivered to infrastructure outside the app.

5. Apple Health and HealthKit

Health Bridge for AI requests Apple Health access through Apple's system permission interface. You can allow or deny categories in Apple Health and revoke access later.

  • The app is designed for read-only HealthKit access.
  • The app does not write to, modify, or delete Apple Health records.
  • The app cannot guarantee that every HealthKit record is available, complete, or immediately synced.

6. No medical advice

Health Bridge for AI is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, monitoring of disease, emergency response, or clinical decision-making. Do not rely on Health Bridge for AI for medical advice. Contact qualified medical professionals for health concerns.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Health Bridge for AI to access data without authorization, expose private health data publicly, bypass platform security, interfere with the app or website, or connect receivers that you are not allowed to use.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how Health Bridge for AI handles HealthKit access, receiver sync, local storage, support communications, and user controls. Do not send real health values, bearer tokens, pairing links, receiver credentials, or private endpoint details in public support channels.

9. Availability and background sync

Health Bridge for AI is provided on a best-effort basis. iOS controls background execution opportunities, network availability, local permissions, and HealthKit availability. Background sync may be delayed, skipped, or interrupted by the operating system or receiver conditions.

10. Security responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple Health permissions, receiver credentials, pairing material, local network, and receiver storage. Prefer HTTPS and authentication for receivers whenever possible.

11. Disconnection and deletion

You can stop future HealthKit reads by revoking permissions in Apple Health. You can stop future receiver sync by disconnecting the receiver in the app, if that control is available, or by deleting the app. Data already delivered to your receiver must be deleted from that receiver or database directly.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Health Bridge for AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free syncing, data completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or medical suitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data caused by receiver configuration, network issues, device settings, or user-managed infrastructure.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Health Bridge for AI changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
